2017 Great Lakes Writers Festival Featured Writers Announced

Karl Elder, host of the Great Lakes Writers Festival, held annually at Lakeland University is proud to announce the featured writers for 2017. Kevin McFadden, an accomplished poet and author of Hardscrabble will be joined by fiction writer Emily Ruskovich, author of Idaho.

Elder announces featured writers for 2015

Karl Elder, host of the Great Lakes Writers Festival held annually in November at Lakeland College, Sheboygan, WI is pleased to announce that world renown poet A. E. Stallings will be a featured writer. Stallings is among the finest New Formalist poets in the world.

In addition, Wisconsin novelist Nickolas Butler has agreed to share his insights with festival goers.

What: The poetry circle at Mead Library makes a splash in July with a gallery exhibit of their words
When: July 12-13, 2013.
Where: EBCO ARTworks at 12th and Erie, Sheboygan, WI
